Adam Falling on the tree- GIF

I did this footage of Adam looping falling back to the tree by:
1.File-Import- Video Frames to Layers
2.Cut to footage you want, the shorter the better
3.Tick to limit frames and make sure the number of frames is 2.
4.Crop to size needed

 this is the crop tool. 

5.Looping forever, for example in the screenshot you can see where you click to get forever looping. 

6.Make image size to: W=200px H=156px
7.Save for web!
